You must return your items to us in unopened packaging and without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged. You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, save your postal receipt and any track and trace number. You are responsible for the shipping costs.

  

2. Right of Withdrawal

 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

• Received your item
• Receive the last item in physical possession when it is an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
• Receive the last lot, or the last part in physical possession, when it is an agreement for the delivery of an item consisting of several lots or parts.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

The notification must be given by contacting Customer Service 

Remember to state your order number. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notification of this.

 

3. Delivery

We offer the following delivery methods:

• Delivery to Xkrona Salon
• DAO - Home delivery
• GLS - Delivery to parcel shop, home address, and workplace
• PostNord - Delivery to home address or parcel locker/post office

Please note that some delivery methods may be limited to specific postcodes and specific time intervals. Only valid delivery methods will be visible when completing the purchase and selecting delivery.

Expected delivery time is 1-4 business days; however, orders containing custom-made items will generally have a longer delivery time.

The delivery time is stated on the individual item. All products in an order are generally sent together, and there will be no subsequent deliveries.

Therefore, the latest delivery time for a product will determine the total delivery time for an order. The expected delivery time may vary during peak periods such as after Black Friday. Xkrona Webshop is responsible for the goods until you have received them. We deliver worldwide.

 

4. Terms for purchasing custom-made items on Xkrona.dk

Agreements for the purchase of custom-made items on Xkrona.dk are only binding once you have received a final order confirmation from Xkrona.dk. This means that when you choose to add a custom-made item to your shopping cart and then pay, the purchase agreement is only concluded when you have received an email from Xkrona confirming that we can deliver the item to you.
