1. Returns

You must return your goods to us in unbroken packaging and without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You bear the risk of the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number. You are responsible for the shipping.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

Received your goods
Received physical possession of the last goods when it concerns an agreement for several different goods that were ordered in one order and are delivered individually.

Receives the last lot or the last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The notification must be given by contacting Customer Service 

Remember to provide your order number. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. 

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the product without also clearly notifying us of this.

3. Delivery

We offer the following delivery methods:

Delivery to Xkrona Salon

DAO - Delivery to a private address

GLS - Delivery to a parcel shop, private address and workplace

PostNord - Delivery to a private address or parcel box/post office

Please note that some delivery methods may be limited to certain postal codes and certain time intervals. Only valid delivery methods will be visible when completing the purchase and selecting delivery.

Expected delivery time is 1-4 business days, however orders containing custom-made items will generally have a longer delivery time.

The delivery time is stated on the individual item. All products on an order are generally shipped together, and no follow-up deliveries will be made.

Therefore, the latest delivery time for a product will determine the total delivery time for an order. The expected delivery time may vary during peak periods such as after Black Friday. Xkrona Webshop is responsible for the goods until you have received them. We deliver worldwide.

4. Terms and conditions for purchasing custom-made items on Xkrona.dk

Agreements for purchasing custom-made items on Xkrona.dk are only binding when you have received a final order confirmation from Xkrona.dk. This means that when you choose to add an item to your shopping cart and then pay, the purchase agreement is only concluded when you have received an email from Xkrona with confirmation that we can deliver the item to you.

5. Personal data policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop at Xkrona.se, we need the following information about you:

Telephone number
Email address
Information about what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is carried out in accordance with the rules in our Personal data policy for Xkrona.
